Synergy for Empowerment and Development Ghana (SED Ghana) is a Child and youth holistic learning and empowerment focused Non-governmental Organisation (NGO) based in northern Ghana.

The organisation was founded in 2022 by a group of passionate individuals who believed in the transformative power of responsive pedagogy that integrate career awareness and guidance, nurturing learner potentials, mentoring instilling self-leadership in schoolchildren and youth in every learning setting (formal and non-formal).
